Cue — Terms of use

Last updated: July 17, 2026

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Cue ("the app"), published by Chechu Siscar ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service and Apple's standard Licensed Application EULA.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you create, import, or present with the app. You are solely responsible for that content and for having the rights to use it (including music, video, images, and third-party web content presented through the app).

4. Purchases and subscriptions

In-app purchases are processed by Apple. Cue Pro is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription (each starting with a 3-day free trial for eligible accounts) or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown in the app until cancelled in your App Store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Prices, refunds, and billing disputes are governed by Apple's App Store terms. Entitlements are tied to your Apple Account and can be restored with "Restore Purchases" in Settings.

5. Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the app except as permitted by law; use the app to infringe third-party rights; or use it in violation of applicable law.

6. No warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. LIVE PRESENTATION AND DISPLAY OUTPUT DEPEND ON YOUR HARDWARE, NETWORK, AND VENUE CONDITIONS — YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR TESTING YOUR SETUP BEFORE ANY EVENT.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR EVENT DISRUPTION) ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP AND ITS IN-APP PURCHASES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how the app handles data — your content stays on your device; anonymous usage and crash data is collected unless you opt out in Settings → Privacy.

9. Termination

These terms apply until terminated. We may terminate the license if you breach these terms; you may terminate at any time by deleting the app.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
